Check in time from 3 pm.

Check out time is latest 10 am, If I can’t be here when you check-out pls just leave the key in the keybox.

If you need help to store your luggages please let me know, our team can keep the luggages for a certain amount.

If you would like an airport transfer please just contact me.

Prices: 35 Euros up to 4 passengers, 40 euros for 5 passengers, 45 euros for 6 passengers.

Furthermore we equipped the apartment with the following devices and options for your comfort:

iron with iron pan
shoe cleaning equipments
umbrellas
sewing set
satellite services

House rules:

Naturally, this is a strictly NON-SMOKING apartment. Please respect this rule all the time. However, you will be permitted to smoke outside the front door on the terraced walkway, so you won’t get wet even if it rains. An ashtray is provided for those who may wish to smoke.

NOISE LEVELS Please be advised that in order to maintain cordial relations with the permanent residents of the house, we would ask that you do not play loud music or disturb any of the residents by behaving in a disrespectful manner whilst you are in the apartment. This is especially required from the hours of 10pm to 8am daily, with special attention being drawn to Sunday!

If you have lost a key, please call me asap. If you don’t find the key, I need to charge you €170.
If you leave the key in the lock from inside and we have to open it, I need to charge you €100.
If you leave the key inside the flat and we have to open the door for you, I need to charge you €50.
If we fell that you smoke in the apartment: I need to charge you €150
If you leave the flat please be so kind and close the windows and the front door and switch off the air conditioner.
If any personal items left in the flat, we don’t take any responsibility (camera, notebook, jewelry etc)
During your stay please keep the apartment as clean as possible. Keep the apartment free from rubbish which might attract insects. Please do not accumulate empty soft drink bottles, bags of kitchen scraps, or any other kind of organic waste.
If you accidentally break something, please notify our staff immediately.
If you make any damage in the apartment you must pay it, so please take care of the flat as it would be yours.Thank you!
